We took a half day tour to Whitehaven Beach with our two kids from Hamilton Island. The crew were fantastic from the moment we departed the dock at Hamilton. On the beach the crew were great taking time to engage with the kids, playing ball games with the kids and talking to them about their sandcastle building. The fish feeding was a highlight my daughter loves animals this was a definite highlight for her. On trip back was a little bumpy and again the staff were first class. Well done to Cruise Whitsundays I highlight of our trip!!
I have done the Whitehaven beach tour twice. The first time was a half day and 2nd time was a half day sand Hamilton Island. The crew were lovely and they did their best to make sure we had a great time. Hamilton Island was amazing and our lunch that was included in the cruise was the most delicious food I've had in a very long time. I recommend this to any one who wants a budget friendly cruise.
Myself, my husband and our 1 year old twins opted to do the Whitehaven Beach half day tour. The day was perfect, the weather was perfect, the staff were very attentive and helpful and Whitehaven Beach did not disappoint! I have travelled to many beaches around the world and this is by far my favourite and the most beautiful I have seen so far! The whole boat trip was comfortable. When we got to the beach the staff gave us a pop up tent to ensure the kiddies were kept out of the sun as it's super hot and they would have been sunburnt had we not had that. They even have buckets and spades for the kids to play with which kept our pair occupied. When we were getting back onto the boat the staff gave us priority to get on as we had kids and you even get afternoon tea on the boat on the way back. Amazing experience all round!
